The property is set in the Tramuntana Mountains of Mallorca.

The Tramuntana Mountains are the highest and longest (about 100 miles) on Mallorca, stretching from Formentor in the north to Andratx in the south. The house is built on the slopes of the highest peak on the island, the Puig Major (1.447 metres). Live here, and hiking starts right outside your door.
